Noir X Velo Hackathon

​Velo x Noir Agentic Payment Hackathon
Build AI agents that can pay, get paid and settle on Stellar.

​AI agents can already research, book and negotiate. What they can't do yet is handle money: hold a wallet, ask to be paid, pay for what they need, and prove the payment settled.

​The Velo x Noir Agentic Payment Hackathon is about building that on Stellar. Every project must be an agentic payment that uses both Velo and Noir: built with Velo, the payments and operations layer for Stellar, and interacting with the latest Noir Testnet contracts. The top 10 teams pitch face-to-face for a share of the 10K prize pool.

​👥 Who can join: Students, developers, designers and founders, either solo or in teams of 2 to 4.
