

Run, Pilates & Yoga by RLA ☀️
Join us as we celebrate 2 years of RLA and welcome summer with a special morning of movement, connection, and community of women ⭐️
We'll kick off the day with a social 5 km run through Vienna before slowing things down with Pilates and yoga in the beautiful setting of Palais Auersperg.
After the session, join us for a post-workout refresher from freiluft.bar, available for €5 for all participants on-site.
Schedule:
• 09:30 Meet-up & Warm-up
• 5 km Social Run (6:30 or 7:30 pace)
• 35 min Pilates with instructor Salsabil
• 35 min Yoga with instructor Vanessa
• Community Hangout & Refreshments
What to bring:
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat
• Comfortable workout clothes
Please arrive dressed and ready to move, or feel free to use the facilities on-site to change.
