Payment Terms & Conditions – Vessel Conference 2026

By completing your registration and payment for the Vessel Conference 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

All ticket purchases are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date (after December 9, 2025).
Any cancellation made after this date will be considered a donation to Vessel Ministries, as all event expenses and accommodations will already be committed.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us via email at 

 at least 7 days prior to the event.
No transfers will be accepted within the final week of the conference.

Refund requests made prior to December 9, 2025 may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to a $15 processing fee.
After this date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

In the unlikely event of a postponement or cancellation by Vessel Ministries, all tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date or may be converted to credit for a future event.

By purchasing a ticket after December 9, 2025, you understand that your payment is treated as a donation supporting the ministry’s mission and event operations. No goods or services beyond conference access will be exchanged in return.

By proceeding with payment, you affirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Vessel Ministries reserves the right to modify these terms as necessary for event logistics or ministry operations.
