Decisions, Decisions. A 1-Hour Workshop for Business Owners
Who signs off on your decisions?
When you run your own business, the big calls are yours. Pivot or keep going. Invest now or wait. Take the project that pays well but pulls you off course.
Is there one you keep putting off, with no one to say “yes, go” or “do it this way”?
Bring that decision to a free one-hour workshop with a coach and a small group of people in the same position. You will leave with one clear step you can take this week.
Free · Limited to 8 seats · In English
Guided by Elena Sato, Leadership and Executive coach who led Learning and Development at Ecosia, the search engine that plants trees.
Who it’s for
Founders and anyone running their own business who is facing a decision about direction, money or what to say yes to.
What happens in the 1 hour
You work on your own real decision.
Get clear on what matters most to you in your work right now.
Look at your options from an angle you haven’t tried yet.
Choose one next step and leave ready to take it.
It’s a small group, so there is time to think, not just listen. Your decision stays private. You choose what you share.
Your guide
I’m Elena Sato, an ICF ACC coach. Previously, I led Learning and Development at Ecosia, the search engine that plants trees. I also co-founded and exited a business, and today I run CityZen, a vintage Japanese clothing brand, so I’m still making these calls myself.
I work with founders, leaders and their teams who are building something meaningful.
