Do you know that feeling when it is the end of the week and you feel tired, sometimes even too tired to enjoy your weekend...
Some activities require giving a bit more from us, for example taking care of someone, a lot to do at work, having children to look after or simply having too much to deal with. It happens to all of us!
It is so important to remember to take care of yourself, creating space only for you, to reset and recharge. Yoga gives various beautiful tools to bring us to the present moment, listening to your body and mind which leads to taking care of yourself.
Soft yoga practice on Friday can save your week😊
It can be your weekly space to reset, shift your attention inwards and simply be:)
The class is designed for all students, also beginners. We will practice soft flow, engaging gently the whole body. You get the chance to energize your body yet feeling calmer and relaxed.
