Washington DC - 'Train the Trainer' with the International Coaching Federation
As part of the Chief of Staff Association’s upcoming partnership with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), we are pleased to invite members to a special in-person session focused on leadership development and coaching capability.
Designed as an interactive "train the trainer" experience, this event will equip chiefs of staff with the tools, frameworks and coaching techniques to better support their principals and executive teams. Sessions will be led by ICF-accredited coaches and tailored to the unique dynamics of the chief of staff role.
