​There's a reason so many creatives swear by the sauna.

​This session explores the link between heat, flow state, and creativity. We'll start with a hour long sauna and plunge session, followed by a short talk on how a regular sauna practice can unlock creative thinking, and then a creative coworking session in the café. The idea is to feel the effect, not just hear about it.
