​Q1. What is one thing you personally use AI for most weeks that you would not want to give up?

​Example: Line review prep. Used to be a full morning turning Luminate scans and our shipment file into a buyer story. Now I dump both in, ask what a buyer would actually care about, and argue with the draft for twenty minutes.

​Q2. Where does your team still lose the most hours to work that should have been automated years ago?

​Example: Paperwork chasing. Somebody is always inside a 3PL portal pulling BOLs and PODs one at a time to answer claims, then re-keying them elsewhere. No judgment in any step. Three years of talking about fixing it and it is still a person with two browser tabs.

​Q3. What has your company tried with AI that did not work, and what did you take away?

​Example: We put a chatbot on our internal sales drive. Adoption died in six weeks. The model was fine, but half the documents were two years stale and nobody owned them. Our data hygiene problem was upstream of our AI problem and we skipped past it.
