Social Impact in the City Hackathon: Info Session
Toronto's got big problems - we think you have the solutions.
The Social Impact in the City Hackathon will be a two part event where the SVZ will bring together TMU students and SVZ startup SEAFOAM, an innovative seaweed insulation venture, to solve tomorrow's pressing urban problems.
This info session is the first step in your SIITC participation. It will cover how the program will be run, the questions that you'll be looking to solve (which you can preview here), and what you stand to gain from the program. This info session will also allow you to build a team of peers that you'll work with for the duration of the hackathon.
Please register using your TMU email.
Why apply?
You’ll gain practical experience, build your resume, and network with innovative founders and fellow students. Plus, you'll be awarded a $325 stipend for your contributions in the program.
