In this hands on class, you’ll learn how to make soft challah dough from scratch along with rolling and shaping it. This month’s technique will be shaping challah dough into mini pumpkins which is just in time for Challah-ween! You’ll take home half a dozen of mini pumpkin challahs.
Whether you’re an experienced baker or new to the kitchen, this class is perfect for anyone who loves bread and wants to expand their baking skills. Expect lots of fun, tips, and taste testing.
