Everyone says use AI for your admin, but few people show you how to do it in the tool your company has given you - right?!
Bring the weekly task you're sick of doing (whether that's the follow-up email, the post-event report, outreach comms or the supplier brief) and together we'll build your own AI Assistant that knows how you do it, so you can reuse its skill every week!
No platform pitch and no technical knowledge needed. I want you to leave feeling more curious and confident about using your tool.
We’ve only got 60 minutes, and this is usually something I teach over half a day. So we’ll keep it simple, but you’ll leave with your assistant started and knowing how you can finish it!
What we’ll cover
The basics, from what LLM stands for to which tools your company lets you use (no question is too basic either!)
Building your repeatable task, with your AI interviewing you and knowing what to do with it next
A look at a simple agent in action, and what it takes to set up your own
Which tool?
You’ll need a paid plan for ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or Gemini to get the most from this session. What you can build depends on your licence. Please tell me which tool and plan you’ll use when you register.
What you could build, and what to bring
Brand Voice Betty (the best place to start). So everything AI writes for you sounds like you. Bring: two or three emails, posts or proposals you’re happy with.
Meeting Mary. Meeting notes in, a clear summary, actions and follow-up email out. Bring: a set of meeting notes and the follow-up you sent.
Vendor Vicky. Project details in, a brief your suppliers can act on out. Bring: a past supplier or vendor brief.
Run of Show Ronnie. Your brief or agenda in, your run of show layout out. Bring: a past run of show and its brief.
Report Rosie. Your notes in, your post-event report format out. Bring: your report headings or template.
