About Event

So you want to delete your dating apps... now what? If you're like many contemporary daters, you're looking to date offline, but may feel confused or overwhelmed by next steps. But you're in luck: we've invited a diverse variety of love industry professionals to share more about their work, their perspective, and how they provide support to daters who want a different love journey. At this panel discussion, you'll hear from:

Elle Wilson: Founder & CEO of Met Through Friends, and pioneer of the Plus-One Party™ formats. She blends her expertise as a Certified Dating Coach to design thoughtful IRL dating experiences and support daters who want more productive and fun offline dating lives.

Stevie Bowen: Author of The City of Dating, Certified Dating Coach, and Founder of dating wellness platform The City of Dating. Specializing in self-advocacy and communication, Stevie helps daters explore their needs and develop intention dating tools to foster connections and build relationships that align with them.

Maja Uckar: Matchmaker, Certified Dating & Relationship Coach, and founder of Intronized. She has a background in premium matchmaking and experience managing VIP clientele, specializing in the art of personalization, discretion, and understanding the unique needs of high-profile individuals.

Karmen Paley: Matchmaker and Founder of Karmen Connects, a boutique agency serving the LGBTQ+ community. Early in their career, they worked with clients across identities, and they’ve celebrated lasting couples throughout the gender and sexuality spectrum. Today, Karmen specializes in the unique dynamics of queer dating—supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in navigating the modern dating landscape and building satisfying, lasting connections.

Jaclyn Thomas: LMSW and therapist at SoHo CBT Therapy + Mindfulness Center. She helps clients navigate the complexities of dating and form meaningful, lasting relationships with psychotherapy, CBT, and mindfulness tools. She received her Master of Social Work from NYU and has extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and presenting issues.

This panel will be moderated by Charles Leyte: Networking coach, strategy consultant, and founder of Find The Mission LLC. He’s the mind behind the No Shop Talk event series and co-host of the Casually Pro Podcast, bringing people together to spark real conversations and connections that actually stick.
