Este jueves 6 de agosto nos encontramos para compartir una noche en uno de los rooftops más especiales de Medellín.
Comenzaremos con yoga. Después pasaremos al sauna y a la inmersión fría y caliente para relajar el cuerpo, bajar el ritmo y disfrutar la noche juntos.
También puedes venir solo a disfrutar del sauna, la música y la comunidad, aunque no quieras participar en la práctica de yoga.

Yoga & Sauna at NORDIKA Rooftop
This Thursday, Agust 6, we’re meeting for an evening at one of Medellín’s most special rooftops.
We’ll begin with yoga. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy the sauna and cold and hot immersion to relax the body, slow down and share the evening together.
You’re also welcome to join us just for the sauna, music and community, even if you don’t want to participate in the yoga practice.
