​Comenzaremos con yoga. Después pasaremos al sauna y a la inmersión fría y caliente para relajar el cuerpo, bajar el ritmo y disfrutar la noche juntos.

​También puedes venir solo a disfrutar del sauna, la música y la comunidad, aunque no quieras participar en la práctica de yoga.

​This Thursday, Agust 6, we’re meeting for an evening at one of Medellín’s most special rooftops.

​We’ll begin with yoga. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy the sauna and cold and hot immersion to relax the body, slow down and share the evening together.

​You’re also welcome to join us just for the sauna, music and community, even if you don’t want to participate in the yoga practice.
