​Join us for an afternoon of ceremonial cacao, Conscious Connected Breathwork and connection at the beautiful Hercus Healing in the Deep South.

​This is an opportunity to experience CCB in a welcoming, grounded environment, whether you're completely new to breathwork or already have an established practice.

​We'll begin the afternoon by sharing ceremonial cacao together, taking some time to arrive, connect and set an intention for the experience ahead.

​From there, we'll move into a full Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.

​Using a continuous, connected breathing pattern, CCB gives us an opportunity to shift our attention away from our usual thinking and into the physical experience of the body.

​And that's where it gets interesting.

​Every breath is different. You might experience energy, emotion, physical sensation, deep relaxation, clarity or simply the feeling of having given yourself the time and space to breathe.

​There is no right way for the experience to unfold and no expectation to share anything you don't want to.

​We'll finish the afternoon with time to ground, integrate and connect.

​If you've been curious about breathwork, this is a chance to come and experience it for yourself.
