Bloom Fall Series: RESPECT What Matters
🤍 RESPECT: Protect What Matters
A values-driven workshop to reconnect with yourself and explore how to protect what matters through reflection, connection, and plant meditation.
Drawing on the Becoming You® Methodology developed by Professor Suzy Welch, combined with a guided plant meditation.
Nature is slowing down, just as life seems to be speeding up.
As the holidays approach, our calendars fill with commitments, responsibilities, and expectations. We give our time and energy to so many things, often without stopping to ask what we need ourselves.
What if we gave our own needs the same attention and respect we give to everyone else’s?
How can we notice when we're overriding them, and choose to honor them instead?
RESPECT is an intimate evening to pause, reconnect with yourself, and explore how to honor what matters, even when life asks more of you.
Building on the values uncovered through your Values Bridge® assessment, we’ll reflect on what needs more of our attention and how we want to protect it in the season ahead. A somatic plant meditation with Martyna Skalna will offer a sensory way to slow down, reconnect with your body, and notice the signals that can help you understand what you need.
Together, we’ll explore one meaningful commitment to yourself, a promise you can carry into everyday life. That might take the form of a boundary, a request, or an agreement with yourself in the season ahead.
