About Event

Southeast Asia is a cultural mosaic. Similarly in Singapore, designing experiences here goes beyond multi-language interfaces; it’s about understanding diverse mindsets, from the sachet mentality — favoring small, low-commitment purchases — to community-driven behaviors that shape decisions.

This workshop unpacks how design can balance hyper-local relevance with scalable solutions, the importance of integrating cultural contexts into digital design, through recognizing exclusions, building persona spectrums and developing inclusive and innovative solutions through the use of the Inclusive Design Mindset Workbook.

Join us for an interactive, hands-on workshop that explores how inclusive design can spark innovation across cultures. Using our Inclusive Mindset Workbook, you’ll:

· Uncover everyday exclusions in digital experiences
· Learn to map mindset spectrums and design for overlooked needs
· Apply inclusive tools to real-world regional contexts
· Co-create ideas alongside fellow designers, changemakers, and leaders
