What if your Boundary was never the problem? π€·ββοΈ
βWhy aren't there boundary workshops for men? I am obsessed with the question. But put the word "boundary setting" in a workshop and it's full house. This baffles me - so let's unpack the topic together.
"Boundaries" (like confidence, for example π) remains one of the most searched, most workshopped, most recycled topics in women's professional development, as if we keep failing a test and we are falling short. Not enough, again π€¦π»
So what's with us and these boundaries that is still left to unpack?
If you are:
βlike my friend who has no problem setting the boundary but then has to face the backlash (exhausting!)
βtired of constantly hearing "just say NO" (maybe from your partner that still believes that you did not think of such an obvious thing before π€¦π»)
βkeeping the silence because the cost of speaking or doing anything drains your already low battery
β
...join a small circle of women to explore what's really going on with us and boundaries, beyond the advice that keeps recycling the same tips as if WE are the ones who are broken.
ββWhat happens in this session: We open the theme together, dig into the patterns we notice in ourselves and each other and brainstorm practical experiments to try next.
ββYou participate on your terms. No one will put you on the spot.

βThis session is part of The Burn ON Circle π₯ β a monthly, 60-minute gathering for ambitious women. Each month I bring one topic for 10 women to dissect in 60 minutes. A structured conversation that brings clarity and gives back more energy than it takes.
βββShow up for the monthly topics that matter to you.
βββComing next: a different take on the B.word: boundaries.
