

SESSION 01 of 04 — FLOAT Summer Speed Series
There's a gap between knowing the drills and actually knowing how to run.
This summer across four Wednesday evenings at Mile End Athletics Track. Each session builds on the last. No sprinting background needed just the intention to move better.
Session 01 FLOAT we start with tempo running, sprint conditioning and finding your rhythm. By the end you'll know what relaxed, efficient running actually feels like.
This series is for: all Runners and sprinters, triathletes, HYROX athletes, Gym & strength athletes, Ex-athletes (including highschool!) and anyone who wants to feel more athletic and confident when they run.
