Kofi Debrah is a community building entrepreneur, with over 20 years experience managing, creating and leading high impact businesses and social mobilisation campaigns. He is passionate about creating and implementing business systems that raise the incomes of tropical rural farming households, whilst regenerating biodiversity. Kofi has worked with a number of leading institutions including USAID, FAO, UNDP, United Nations Information Centre, the Forestry Commission of Ghana, World Bank Climate Innovation Centre (Ghana), and the Global Landscapes Forum. In 2010 Kofi founded the Asa Baako Festival to help boost music tourism to Ghana. In 2016 Kofi founded OKO Forests, a company that works with farmers creating economic and regenerative agroforestry systems with a focus on securing their land rights.
Nana Ama Yirrah is a Land Economist, Development Policy Analyst and Gender Specialist with over 26 years of experience in land and natural resource governance, land policy advocacy and women’s land rights.
She is the Founder and Executive Director COLANDEF, an organization established since 2004, dedicated to advocating for the right policies for securing land and natural resource rights for smallholder households.
For several years she has worked in different capacities, facilitating development interventions at all levels. Nana Ama has managed several portfolios of multi-stakeholder processes at both the national and international levels. In recent times, she has been facilitating capacity strengthening programs to assist program teams to integrate an understanding of the land tenure dynamics in climate change programs.
She has been a consistent advocate for gender sensitive and inclusive land policy and land governance.
Emmanuel Noah, a digital technology pioneer, boasts a proven record of fostering innovation in the global land investment sector. With extensive experience in African land tenure, public sector innovation, and distributed ledger technologies, Emmanuel serves as Chief Executive Officer at BenBen. Emmanuel guides the execution of BenBen's mission in building safer, equitable and digitally interconnected land markets across Africa, harnessing his expertise to drive innovation and nurture growth. He's an alumnus of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and has served in various capacities with organizations such as the World Bank, Chief Economist of Government Initiative (CeOG), DAI and the National Property Reforms Working Group of the Government of Ghana.
