​Join Reiki practitioner Lauren Mooney for a multi-sensory experience focused on letting go of any energy that isn’t yours & stepping fully into the present potent moment. Channeling the Ace of Cups tarot card energy, we will embrace the tender crab meat of Cancer season & feeling all the feels.

​Through Reiki, sound healing, meditation, and intentional rest, you’ll be guided into a space of deep presence, emotional connection, and energetic renewal. Whether you’re looking to reset, soften, or simply carve out time to receive, this experience offers a gentle container to do just that.
