Synthesis Flows For PMs with Claude: From Discovery to Testing
About the workshop
Most product managers still treat Claude as a fancy product artefacts writing assistant. Used well, Claude is a thinking partner that sits next to you at every stage of building a product: from synthetising 20 messy user interviews and 40 testimonials via your customer support bot, to pressure testing product requirements, and generating test cases an engineer has not thought of.
In this hands-on workshop, we walk through the five phases a PM actually lives in: discovery, design, data, development, and testing, and build a small "Claude playbook" for each. You leave with concrete prompts, smart and specific PM skills in your Claude box, reusable workflows, and a sharper sense of when Claude earns its keep and when it quietly adds risk.
Duration & format: 180 min (workshop) + 20 min Q&A (online / in-person)
After this workshop, you will:
Have a personal “Claude Playbook for PMs” with at least one reliable workflow per product phase (discovery, design, data, development, testing)
Know how to use Claude for user research synthesis, PRD drafting, metric definition, acceptance criteria generation, and edge-case discovery
Recognize where Claude accelerates you versus where it adds hidden risk and know the simple checks that mitigate it
Product Managers (mid-level and up) who want to move beyond “Claude as writing assistant”
Aspiring PMs with some product experience who want to build AI-native workflows from day one
Cross-functional partners (designers, engineers, analysts) who work closely with PMs and want to speak the same AI language
Pre-requisite: An active Claude account (free tier is fine). Basic familiarity with PRDs, user stories, and product metrics. Laptop required for hands-on exercises.
About the trainers
Adriana Ignat is VP of Product at Pulsate, a B2B SaaS platform serving financial institutions. She has led product teams across mobile banking, customer engagement, and AI-driven personalization, and has rolled out Claude-powered workflows for discovery, design, and delivery inside her product organization. She writes and speaks about practical AI for PMs - what works in real product teams, and what doesn’t survive the first week.

Mihai Sampaleanu is co-founder at VEKT AI, where he builds AI tooling for product teams. Before VEKT, he worked at the intersection of product and applied ML and has consulted with Romanian and international product teams on how to get real value from LLMs - without theatre. He brings the engineering-side lens to the workshop: what Claude is genuinely good at, and what PMs need to know about its limits.
