​Celebrate ATLAS Chiropractic’s 8th birthday with a one-day nervous system summit + wellness fair — panels, talks, spinal health check, wellness marketplace, and optional Be Earth recovery experiences and movement classes. Fundraiser for Time Auction (10% of proceeds).

​Hong Kong stress is real. This day is about practical tools: how movement, recovery, sleep, nutrition, and spinal health help your system handle daily load.

🌟 Highlight: The day will be headlined by Trevor Hash of Strengside, an internationally known movement expert (2.3M Youtuber) bringing a global voice to the summit online at 10:15 AM. He’ll walk through the “Stress Bucket” model: how movement, recovery tech, and everyday routine can lower your overall stress load.
