Self-Coaching helps people reconnect with themselves to find answers within whenever they need them most.
Set in a calming natural environment, this session uses self-reflection cards from Gabriela's photo-coaching book "Meeting With My Self" — as a bridge to bypass the logical mind and access your intuition. No pressure to share your insights with others.

Through guided prompts and reflective exercises, you’ll explore:
• Practical self-coaching techniques — To gain clarity on situations that bother you, how to deal with them.
• Nature as a Mirror — An experiential tool for reflection and grounding to quiet your "inner saboteur" and build resilience.
What to bring: A notepad, water.
