Her Next Big Thing: Drinks & Dreams
You're standing at a threshold. Maybe you know exactly what's next. Maybe you have a quiet hunch you haven't said out loud. Maybe you have no idea yet, only the feeling that something needs to change.
Wherever you are, you don't have to figure it out alone.
Drinks & Dreams is an intimate, facilitated evening for women on the brink of their next big decision. Over one hour, a small group of us will sit together, drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) in hand, and talk honestly about what we want next, what's holding us back, and what we're still trying to name.
This isn't a networking event or a panel. It's a room built for real conversation. Gerisha and I will guide the session so that everyone gets space to speak, to be heard, and to leave with a little more clarity and a lot more courage than they walked in with.
Come as you are. Bring the question you've been sitting with. Leave with a community that gets it.

Oxford alums and former teammates at TrueLayer (one of London’s leading fintech unicorns), Jennifer and Gerisha bring 27+ years of combined experience across McKinsey, top fintechs, investment banking, and finance. Together, they blend product strategy, operational excellence, coaching, and therapy-informed practice to help women move from stuckness into clarity, direction, and meaningful action.
They’ve both reinvented their own careers through experimentation and deep inner work — and now support other women to do the same with confidence and intention.
