Somatic Sound Bath — A Restorative Sound Bath Experience
Whether you've never heard of a sound bath or you're already a fan, this one-hour experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
At The Healing Spot, we use carefully chosen instruments — crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, chimes, tuning forks, ocean drum, and more — to create a gentle sonic environment that invites your nervous system to soften, slow down, and reset. You don't have to do anything except show up, lie back, and breathe.
What makes this experience different: This isn't a performance or a ceremony. Our Somatic Sound Bath Group is a trauma-responsive, consent-based space where your comfort always comes first. Participation is entirely optional throughout — you are in control of your experience from start to finish.
What to expect: Arrive by 5:45 pm to get settled and centered before we begin. Mats and pillows are provided — just wear comfortable clothing and come as you are. On-street parking is free on weekends, and please note there are steps to reach our suite.
