​Join us for an evening of connection and movement in Langley, hosted by WNORTH member Gaia Brodo. We’ll begin with tea and relaxed conversation at Projekt + Blend at 6pm, before heading across the street to Evolution Pilates for a private 45-minute Mat Pilates class at 7pm to unwind and reconnect mind and body as we close out the week together.
