In this workshop, you will learn about tools that executive coaches and management consultants use with corporate leadership teams. These tools will help you diagnose your blind spots, uncover your unique geniuses and frustrations as a partner and a parent, and lead your family (your most important organization) more strategically.

​We will get REAL about the stress and struggles of the baby years. But then, we will dive into REAL solutions for helping you lead through the storms and chaos.

​THIS WORKSHOP IS IDEAL FOR PARENTS WITH KIDS UNDER 5, but any caregiver would benefit from this workshop.
