​Why we’re convening (the problem): The ecosystem serving this community is deeply fragmented: hundreds of organizations doing vital work on dozens of disconnected systems, each duplicating reporting, each writing grant applications alone, each competing for the same dollars with redundant overhead. The people we serve pay the price of that fragmentation in lost opportunities. Meanwhile, funders increasingly reward collaborative applications with shared outcome measurement. exactly what a fragmented ecosystem can’t produce.

Together we’ll look at what one shared rail could make possible: outcomes we measure together, grants we pursue together, and a talent community that no longer falls through the cracks between us.

Every attending organization walks away with a seat in what comes next, from an announcement in Washington D.C. this September to the road toward real hiring-incentive policy.

This is the first table-setting of a coalition.
