About Event

Join us for an honest, practical and interactive seminar “Who Supports the Leader? Leadership, loneliness and the rise of AI as a sounding board”.

Most leaders don’t struggle because they have nobody around them, they struggle because there are some things they don’t feel able to say out loud. The greater the responsibility, the harder it can become to admit uncertainty, ask for help or simply think out loud with someone you trust.

Increasingly, AI is filling that gap: always available, non-judgemental and surprisingly useful as a sounding board. But what happens when AI becomes the person we turn to first?

In this session, leadership coaches Steve Charlton and Sarah Helm will explore the loneliness of leadership, the opportunities and risks of AI as an adviser, and why great leaders don’t need to have all the answers — but they do need the right people around them.

This session will invite leaders to reflect on where they currently turn for support, how AI can be used intentionally rather than instinctively, and what it really takes to build trusted support around the decisions that matter.
