About Event

Please join me for a Real Estate Credit boardroom lunch where I'll be discussing why real estate loans go sideways, what actually happens — and, in my experience, what that says about downside protection.

The session will cover:

  • What happens when projects go wrong, in my experience, and how it's shaped our investment thesis here

  • The workout process, real examples from deals I've worked on

  • Why the same LVR and equity buffer can mean very different outcomes depending on the deal

  • Portfolio update and the latest stress test results

  • Open Q&A with the team

The session will run for approximately 45–60 minutes, including a 30-minute presentation followed by discussion.

Lunch will be provided. Places are strictly limited to maintain a small, conversational format.

This strategy is separate from the Aura Private Credit Income Fund that is managed by the Aura Private Credit team at Aura Group with an 8 year track record, independent research ratings and 9.41% p.a. annualised net return since inception (1-Aug-17)*.  The MM Real Estate Credit Fund is more concentrated and focused on direct lending, enabling greater control, and subject to very different risks and liquidity profile.  Investors should consider the risks.
