It’s an evening for our mentoring community and industry peers from across the North to meet, catch up and share experiences, with a brilliant talk from Elevate’s People and Culture Partners: Building Resilience for Whatever Comes Next.
Elevate North is part of Elevate, the world’s largest mentoring and personal development programme for the events industry, with a fast-growing international community and hubs in Sydney, Melbourne and New York. Our free mentoring, training, live events and peer support help people at every stage of their career, from students and freelancers to senior leaders.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
Our industry is constantly changing and working in events can mean dealing with pressure, uncertainty and the unexpected. In this 45-minute session, Zoe Tuffs from Times Ten Coaching and People experience Director and Consultant Nic Neal will explore how we can go beyond simply coping with challenges and learn to adapt, grow and become stronger through them.
Expect an honest and practical conversation about resilience, adaptability, confidence and how we respond when things don’t go to plan, with real stories, useful tools and ideas you can apply to your own career.
This will be a brilliant session for anyone looking to build greater confidence in their ability to adapt, navigate uncertainty and keep moving forward.
