About Event

This is a private, off-the-record event for C-Suite and VPs from eCommerce, CPG & F&B brands doing $50M+ per year in sales.

Testimonials

"I went to an AI conference that Craig (ChatWalrus) put on yesterday and was blown away. The most exciting thing is to see case studies of non-technical people (hello, me!) being able to do pretty amazing things with AI." -CEO, $60M+ Women's Apparel

"I’ve gone to a few conferences for AI & ChatWalrus’s was the best one by far. While other events have kept topics surface level, ChatWalrus was all about showcasing real examples from real operators, & gave me tactical ideas that I could apply immediately. The operators who presented woke me up and made me realize I am underutilizing AI." -CFO, $250M+ F&B

WHAT TO EXPECT

Talks and live demos from executives at top eCommerce brands around how they're actually using Claude and ChatGPT to power various parts of their businesses.

You'll leave with a clear picture of how to apply AI across your org. Not because someone told you it's possible, but because you watched real people from real brands do it live.

SESSIONS & SPEAKERS

  • The $120K Hire She Built Instead. Megan, COO at Moe's Home Collection (Logistics, Merch & Planning). She had a req open for a $120K freight analyst. She killed it and built the analyst instead. Carrier rate sheets and invoices (Excel and PDF) go into a folder; Claude Cowork runs her monthly freight spend analysis out the other side. She talks to it about freight strategy like an analyst on her team - and acts on what it says. You'll leave with the whole build mapped, folder to finished analysis, her rule for when AI output is good enough to act on, and a clear read on which analyst roles you stop filling.

  • You'll Never Build Another Deck by Hand. Ian Jackson (VP Global Marketing, Pavoi & PopSockets). Raw numbers and a prompt in, a finished on-brand deck out - imported straight into Slides or PPT, ready to present. The trick is the brand prompt: guidelines, do's and don'ts, font rules, and who the deck is for, because a board deck and a performance-team deck are two different decks. He runs every deck for two brands this way now. You'll leave with the brand-prompt structure to paste into Claude that afternoon - board version and team version both.

  • Why AI Search Recommends a 2-Person, $10M Brand - and Skips Yours. Rob Gregg, CEO at Stand+ (AEO/GEO). Two people, $10M+ a year. He gets his brand cited inside AI search with an engine he built himself. It scrapes Claude, Gemini & GPT to find where he's missing, then writes and publishes the pages while he sleeps. His claims library only lets through what's 100% defensible - it literally tells him "that's marketing copy, that's not defensible." Plus the Reddit play: one post, 135K views, 296 comments, zero spend. You'll leave with the Shopify tabs to check tomorrow and the whole engine mapped.

  • Fabletics Doesn't File Tickets. Its Leaders Build the Tools. Dani Boeglin, SVP Data & AI at Fabletics. Fabletics trains the leaders who own the problem - not engineers - to build in Claude Code themselves. A merchant builds the merchandising tool, and it ships inside the function the week it's needed. The program started with 50 people and is rolling to all 1,100. She'll walk the whole thing: who gets trained first, what they build, and the quality bar she holds so a merchant's tool never ships a wrong number. You'll leave knowing who your own first 50 are and what they build first.

  • The Company That Runs on 19 Agents and 2 Humans. David, ex-CRO of Beekman 1802. David's not technical - never written a line of code - and ten weeks after leaving the CRO seat, his AI-native skincare startup runs on "The West Wing": 19 agents and 144 skills doing the work of departments, on two humans. One of them, Zoe, sourced and vetted 10,000 creators overnight for $119; the agency quote was $15-20K a month. You'll leave with the company-brain setup mapped - what lives in it, what reads from it - and how he keeps 19 agents from drifting.

  • The VP Who Stopped Buying Software and Started Building It.  Jack, Global VP Digital at PopSockets (Merch). Jack was about to sign a six-figure software proposal. He killed it and built the tool himself - in six hours. He'll demo his line-list builder, wired to the PIM, DAM, and real-time sell-through: product data in, retailer-ready line lists out - and the six-figure contract stayed unsigned. His whole method is two questions - what's the real business problem, and what's the data source. You'll leave with both questions in hand and a hit list of the SaaS renewals you stop signing.

  • The Merchant Who Built Her Own Trend-Detection App. Hannah, Head of Product & Merch at PAVOI (Merch). PAVOI does $300M a year, and the app that decides which designs get made was built by Hannah herself - a merchandiser, working alone. Designs go from spotted to greenlit in a day, every vote with a reason attached. You'll leave with the build mapped and the build order to hand your own merchandiser.

  • Meta Ads for Products That Don't Exist Yet.  Sean, CEO at Ridge. Sean tests products with real ad dollars before the product exists. Claude finds the gap in his assortment, Higgsfield builds the ad, Manus forecasts demand and launches - all before he spends a dollar building the product. A miss costs the ad spend; a hit gets built with demand already proven. You'll leave knowing how to run the same loop on your own assortment, with the exact tool chain in order.

  • More Winning Creative Every Week. Zero New Hires. Joe, Creative Specialist at Ketone-IQ (Creative). Joe uses Claude and Higgsfield to keep new creative shipping every week. One product screenshot becomes five finished asset types - PDP hero, 3D render, in-home lifestyle, gym lifestyle, iPhone-style - in about 10 minutes of compute. He points the pipeline in the morning and comes back to a folder of finished images. You'll leave with the pipeline mapped and a week-one version for your own team - at today's headcount.

  • The Millions I Burned at Crocs. 50 Pilots. 50 Failures.  Craig (was Global Head of AI at Crocs, now partner with 125+ brands on AI). I ran AI at Crocs. I launched 50 pilots and every single one failed - $7 million lit on fire on builds and consulting engagements, when the move was teaching my 8,000 people to use the tools. Then we build an agent live so you leave knowing exactly what one is: one shoe image in, 13 subagents out - positioning, PDP copy, email, SMS, Meta ads, influencer briefs. 11 deliverables, each graded 9+ before it ships.
