Join Spunky Seniors for an evening of joyful movement, uplifting music, and warm community at Dance Wave!
Dance Wave is a welcoming, heart-centered freeform dance experience with no steps to learn and no partner needed. Simply move in whatever way feels comfortable and enjoy yourself!

The evening features heart-centered grooves blending timeless rock, pop, R&B, and global rhythms, inviting everyone to move at their own pace.
Many seniors attend regularly and enjoy the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The music is uplifting without being overly loud, and earplugs are available for anyone who would like them.
No dance experience needed.
Come alone or with friends.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring a water bottle.

Anyone who would like to get to know other Spunky Seniors before the dance is invited to join us across the street from the Unitarian Society for a casual picnic dinner.

Bring your own dinner or picnic, blanket or chair, and meet by the turtle pond to relax, chat, and get to know one another before we head over to Dance Wave together.
