Berlin Local Hub: L&D Design for diverse audiences - create engagement and impact
Every room you facilitate is different. The same learning experience can land very differently depending on who is in the room and the perspectives, assumptions and lived experiences they bring.
We'll start by unpacking the perspectives we bring with us—the biases and assumptions we carry before we even open our mouths, and the invisible factors that shape how we design and facilitate learning.
From there, we'll explore what it means to create learning experiences for diverse audiences. Through peer discussion and co-creation, we'll look at different audience perspectives, share experiences from practice, and generate activities, tools and ideas that can be adapted to our own learning initiatives.
This session is for facilitators, learning designers, coaches, programme owners and other L&D practitioners who want to create learning experiences that are engaging, inclusive and impactful.

Lina Veligurova is Principal, Leadership Development at Delivery Hero. She designs leadership learning experiences focused on inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, psychological safety and practical capability-building.
