Create Ads That Don’t Get Scrolled By — Build Yours Live
Bring an ad you’re running, planning, or struggling with. We’ll work on making people stop scrolling.
Your ad has a few seconds — sometimes less — to earn someone’s attention.
In this hands-on session with Julian Espinosa, you’ll take a real ad from your business and work on the hook, creative, message and structure that determine whether someone stops, watches and takes action — or keeps scrolling.
This isn’t a presentation about advertising theory. You’ll work on your own ads in the room.
The Scroll Test
Bring an ad and ask yourself:
“If someone who doesn’t know my company saw this for two seconds, would they stop?”
If you’re not sure, that’s what we’re going to fix.
What happens in the room
🛑 1. The 2-Second Test
We’ll look at real ads and decide immediately: stop or scroll? Then break down exactly what caused that reaction.
🧠 2. Find Your Hook
Work on the first thing your audience sees or hears. Julian will show you how to use audience psychology, pain points, curiosity and pattern interruption to earn attention.
🎨 3. Fix the Creative
Review your visual, video, headline and copy together. Identify what’s creating interest — and what’s just adding noise.
🔥 4. Live Ad Hot Seats
Put your own creative on screen and get direct feedback. We’ll break down what’s working, what isn’t, and how you could make it stronger.
📈 5. Build Your Next Test
Turn the feedback into new hooks, creative angles or variations you can actually put in front of your audience.
What to bring
Bring at least one real ad or ad idea from your business.
It could be:
An ad currently running
An underperforming ad
A video or image creative
A draft you haven’t launched yet
A competitor’s ad you want to understand
Just your offer, if you haven't created the ad yet
You’ll leave with
By the end of the session, you’ll have:
One real ad reviewed and improved
Stronger hooks to test
Clear feedback on your creative and messaging
New angles based on your audience’s psychology
Ideas for turning trends into relevant creative
2–3 ad variations or experiments to test next
The goal isn’t to make prettier ads. It’s to create ads your customers actually stop for.
