About Event

We are hosting a free 75-minute online workshop on how founders anywhere can start a US company with Stripe Atlas. We will cover forming a Delaware company, getting a US tax ID, issuing founder equity, filing an 83(b) election, managing your funds, and getting ready to fundraise.

Open to everyone, and no prior experience is required. Attendees can receive a Stripe-provided discount code for 20 percent off the Stripe Atlas incorporation fee, valid through December 31, 2026. Applying is optional, and you are welcome to join just to learn.
