The Work Behind Showing Up is an intimate evening with Social Media Specialist Keira Penney, exploring the mindset, self-belief and confidence needed to keep showing up consistently, confidently and intentionally when you’re in growth mode.
Keira is a Social Media Specialist and founder, formerly Head of Creative at Girls in Marketing and former Social Media Manager at Great Influence, one of the UK’s leading personal branding agencies. She has worked across personal branding, content strategy and social media, and was recently named one of the Top Marketers to Follow in 2026.
Now building her own agency, Keira will be sharing her perspective on putting yourself out there, building confidence, navigating visibility, and working through the messy middle of creating something of your own.
