TechPros Rotterdam is organising a hands-on, vibe-coding workshop where you will use AI applications like Lovable to turn your idea into a live, working web app. From concept to deployed product - all in a single session.
What is vibe coding?
Imagine building a software/web application where you describe what you want in plain English, and AI does the technical heavy lifting. So instead of writing code, you leverage LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini) to translate a raw concept into strict technical requirements. That is vibe coding.
What you will build?
At the workshop you will use frameworks to map out frontend views, system semantics, and backend structures in plain English, and then guide Lovable to build a web application in real time. By the end of the workshop, you will have a real, database-backed web application live, built by you, using vibe coding.
How the session runs
Part 1: Live demo (60 mins) Watch the instructor take a raw idea through the full vibe coding process, breaking it down using product frameworks, then using AI to blueprint and build a working app live in front of you.
Break — Coffee and snacks
Part 2: Plan your own idea (30 mins) Use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini to break down your own idea into clear requirements - user stories, screen layouts, and data structure.
Part 3: Build and launch (60 mins) Feed your plan into Lovable (free tier) and watch your application come to life.
Who is this for?
This workshop is designed for both complete beginners and semi-technical professionals (Product Managers, Designers, Founders, or Data Analysts).
If you are a complete beginner, you will learn how vibe coding lets structured thinking replace the need for coding. If you already have some technical background, you will discover how to prototype and launch ideas dramatically faster.
How to prepare before you come?
Prepare one web application or website idea you want to build (the instructor will give feedback on feasibility before/during the workshop).
Create active, free-tier accounts on both Lovable and your preferred LLM (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini).
Bring your laptop and charger.
