Grief Garden
🤍✨🤍This gathering we will walk through the physical journey of grief in the body…physical tightness, brain fog, fatigue and hyper vigilante in the nervous system. We will explore the ways in which the body is a grounding guide for our grief and learn how to introduce practices daily that ground us and bring new energy 🤍✨🤍
What is grief garden?
A open space to nurture and explore grief in a spacious and loving container that invites open hearted presence to name what we've lost in safety with the sacred and the intentional.
Loss reminds us of our precious and impermanent lives...our innate fragility. May grief be a practice in turning towards life with gratitude. Whether it is a person, a place, a job, an event, the world at large...your heart and all it carries is welcome here.
We will sit in the grass and foster gentle introductions and move into a gentle meditation, somatic exercise and time for journaling. There is no pressure to share, your presence is enough to be amongst those who can emphasize in solidarity and compassion.
What's the Intention?
To foster safety and support for one another. After losing my mother a little over a year ago cultivating this space has been so healing for me and I am passionate about providing these containers for everyone's. heart.
I'm excited to open my home to this community and will have some time to commune in the yard afterwards <3
As always we will close with love and gratitude for one another, our ancestors and the deep well of truth and awakening that grief surmounts within each of our souls. 🤍✨🤍
Community is built in presence and care, may this be our devotional act and practice as we turn towards one another, our hearts and all that we carry and may we meet the strength to let go and find the pathway of living with grief as a creative practice to dance with and amongst...to surrender to it's infinite pulse.
