The Mother Wound : Generational Healing, Breaking Cycles, and Turning Hurt to Harmony
The way your mother loved you, or could not love you, still lives in your body.
Beloved, so much of what we carry was never ours to begin with. The anxiety, the people-pleasing, the fear of being too much or never enough. These patterns were passed down, mother to daughter, wound to wound, long before you had a say. And what goes unhealed in one generation does not disappear. It waits. It moves into the next.
This workshop is for the woman who loves her mother and still aches from her. For the daughter who swore she would do it differently and hears her mother's voice come out of her own mouth. For the mother who wants to give her children what she herself was never given.
Together we will name the wound honestly, without shame and without blame. You will learn why the body holds what the heart has not released, and how forgiveness becomes medicine, not for her, but for you. You will hear from women who broke the cycle, and you will leave with practices you can begin that same night.
You do not have to carry this any further. The healing can begin with you.
Come as you are. Leave whole.
