LECTURER

🔥 "Knowledge is Power: How To Stay Free in the Age of AI"

Dr Natalia Bielczyk is a career and business strategy specialist with a PhD in computational neuroscience who runs the independent research and development agency Ontology of Value, where she professionally analyzes (and sometimes predicts!) the international labor market for knowledge workers.

Natalia helps professionals, students, and teams navigate, build value, and challenge expectations in the labor market in the age of artificial intelligence. She is also a university lecturer, public speaker, author, startup mentor, and runs a foundation dedicated to increasing job opportunities for disadvantaged groups.

Natalia created the Ontology of Value® method through a six-year research process involving professionals from 17 countries. She is currently adapting this method in Europe and the United States.

Although she has chosen to work in the open labor market, Natalia remains a scientist at heart and believes in the compatibility of science and entrepreneurship. In her free time, she documents her personal journey on the blog nataliabielczyk.com.

OPINIONS OF TRAINING PARTICIPANTS

Working through the Ontology of Value assessment was a deeply reflective and affirming experience for me. The questions invited me to examine not just what I do, but how I show up: the patterns in how I think, contribute, and create impact. I especially appreciated that the framework doesn’t force you into artificial trade-offs or reductive categories. Instead, it feels nuanced, thoughtful, and grounded in the realities of today’s job market.

The process gave me reassurance that the path I’m building is aligned with my intrinsic value — not just my skills, but the way I naturally generate energy, meaning, and results. It clarified the kinds of environments where I thrive and the forms of contribution that feel both sustainable and expansive.

Participating in the training deepened this insight even further. I began to see how powerful this framework is not only for personal clarity, but also for leadership, mentoring, and recruiting. It provides language for recognizing people’s superpowers and understanding the distinct value they bring at different stages of a company’s evolution. I can absolutely see myself using it when building teams — to make more intentional hiring decisions and to support people in roles where they can truly flourish.

I would highly recommend the Ontology of Value assessment to anyone seeking career clarity, as well as to founders, hiring managers, and mentors seeking a more thoughtful, human-centered way to understand contribution. It’s more than a career tool — it’s a way of recognizing and honoring personal value in a practical and empowering way.

As an individual who’s used and as a coach who’s recommended and walked leaders through many different professional assessments, I am excited to facilitate the OoV assessment for 1:1 and corporate/group coaching clients.

The Ontology of Value training that Natalia provides outlines how to provide end users with clear instructions and with data that are helpful for creating meaningful goals and achievable action items. Natalia also spends time training all prospective assessors about the how and the why behind the assessment.

The deep knowledge she shares about what led to the creation of Ontology of Value, as well as the scientific process applied to building the structure of the questions and results dashboard mean a lot as we all find ourselves having to approach everything that’s presented to us with at least some skepticism and uncertainty, given the state of the rapidly evolving world we inhabit.

I highly recommend working with Natalia. Not only will it provide value to the people you support, but you’ll also learn a lot about yourself.

This training completely changed my perspective on working with people and professional development.

I came to the Ontology of Value® Certification Day out of curiosity, as I've been experimenting with career counseling for several years and was looking for tools that truly help people discover their potential—not just look good on paper. And I must say with complete confidence: this was one of the most valuable training sessions of my life, and I've attended dozens of training sessions, workshops, and conferences.

Dr. Natalia Bielczyk leads this training with passion, calm, and incredible knowledge. It's clear that this isn't just another trendy model or "soft counseling gimmick." The Ontology of Value method has a solid foundation—it's rooted in years of research, working with people, and a true understanding of the job market. And yet, it's exceptionally practical.

What impressed me most was how clearly and precisely this method can get to the heart of clients' problems—regardless of whether they're a young student or an experienced specialist. For the first time, I felt like I had a tool that allowed me to truly help, not just "advise."

The training atmosphere was fantastic, and the group work was lively and inspiring. The exercises, case studies, conversations… I felt like I was 40 again, just starting my business journey—with the same energy and curiosity.

If anyone is wondering if this training is for them—especially if they have a long career and are looking for a new direction—I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's an experience that gives them a second professional youth, new tools, and above all, immense satisfaction.

Thank you for this opportunity. I never thought that after so many years of work, I would be learning something with such enthusiasm again.

— Andrew Kupinski, business consultant with 40+ years of experience in consulting, sales, energy, and financial industries

The training was very professional and substantive. The content was presented in an interesting, comprehensive, and clear manner. The pace of work was appropriate for the participants' needs. Dr. Bielczyk's lectures were very engaging. The activating methods used in the workshop allowed for the practice of practical skills and extensive case study analysis.

The meeting took place in a very good atmosphere. I feel very satisfied with my participation in this event. The wealth of knowledge and proven solutions based on the trainer's experience ensure that the content enriches each participant's resources. This is extremely valuable.

Thank you very much, Dr. Bielczyk, for the opportunity to participate in this training. This is especially valuable because I continue to admire the benefits of the Ontology of Value Test you developed – a multi-profile, modern, unique, and yet universally applicable tool that, in my opinion, should become a permanent part of the catalog of diagnostic tools for career counseling, professional development, and educational decision-making support, as it provides real value to both professionals and individuals seeking their career path.
