TEDxApex 2026 invites our community into a bold, timely conversation around one essential truth: the future is not built by a few—it is shaped by all of us.
With the theme “All of Us,” this year’s event explores what becomes possible when we expand who is seen, heard, and included in the stories we tell, the systems we build, and the decisions we make. From leadership and innovation to health, education, technology, culture, and community, All of Us challenges the idea that progress belongs to the loudest or most powerful voices.
On the TEDxApex stage, speakers will share ideas that illuminate collective responsibility, shared humanity, and the power of belonging. These talks will examine how inclusion fuels innovation, how collaboration outperforms competition, and how listening—deeply and intentionally—can transform organizations, communities, and lives.
All of Us is both a mirror and a call to action:
