You have the power. Together we’ll practice feeling it and using it to validate your instincts, and make choices that serve you. You’ll come away with powerful moves to defuse a situation and work with your nervous system to create space to think and act.
Self defence your way
Come exactly as you are. We’ll welcome you there. You’ll have options every step of the way to match your energy levels and honour your instincts.
Collective empowerment
The Power Project is a registered charity. We work with women living with trauma from violence to support recovery and build resilience. By joining this programme, you’re empowering yourself and making it possible for other women to access the protective and life-affirming benefits of movement and empowerment self defence.
