Wellbeing in Policing: An Honest Conversation
Wellbeing gets talked about a lot in policing. It doesn't always get talked about honestly.
In partnership with Blue Light Lifestyle and Investigo Government Solutions, Frontline+ is hosting a small gathering - around 30 people working in policing - to have that more honest conversation. A room of practitioners who care about this, talking plainly about what they're seeing on the ground.
We want to get into what's actually being done around wellbeing in policing, whether it's being taken seriously, what's landing and what's falling short. And the more personal side too - what people are doing to look after themselves, and how the policing community can do better at supporting each other.

People working in policing who want to talk about wellbeing honestly - whether it's part of your role, something you're personally invested in, or just something you've wanted to say out loud for a while. We're looking for people who'll contribute, not just attend.
