Ember Circle
A monthly online gathering where we tend to the embers inside of us, still burning.
As women, we've usually spent years making ourselves more palatable. Taking up less space, asking for less, feeling less. Until that disconnection from ourselves starts to just feel like the way things are.
But underneath all the managing and the I'm fine, there's always been something burning in you that refused to go out.
A quiet strength. An unextinguished knowing of who you actually are, what you want in life and what you're capable of.
Ember Circle exists as a space that asks nothing of you except that you show up exactly as you are, with everything you're carrying.
Every woman carries an ember — a knowing of who she is that never quite goes out. This is where we tend to it.
What ember is quietly glowing inside you?
What you can expect:
Nervous system and somatic work: building your capacity and coherence
A theme: Something alive — shame, rage, rest, the feminine
Guided trance: A hypnotherapy-informed practice to reach the subconscious
Sharing and witnessing: Honest conversation, no fixing
This is for you if:
You're tired of carrying everything alone and not quite sure how to change that
You've been told, or told yourself, that you're too sensitive, too intense, too much
You're craving real, raw conversation and connection to other women — the kind where no one has to pretend
Something in you is asking for more and you haven't had anywhere safe to listen to it
A note on the space:
No expectations on you whatsoever. I want this to be a space you can take a big exhale. I hold the space with warmth and presence, but what happens within is unique and belongs to us all.
You don't have to share if you don't want to. You don't have to have it together. This is a space where you're not fixed, you just feel lighter. Somewhere we can walk this path together.
Open to all women, femmes and non-binary folk.
About me:
I'm Joanna, an integrative therapist working with women using somatic work, cognitive hypnotherapy, shame-sensitive and trauma-informed practices. I created Ember Circle because I know what becomes possible when you finally have a space to be seen and accepted.
