RevGuild: GTM & Growth Stress Sharing
The Lab ended. The pace didn't.
Ninety minutes to put down the thing you've been carrying on your own since then — with the same people, and for once not to build anything.

This is stress sharing — a practice Alexey Melnichek runs for teams and communities. His formula: carried alone, stress gets stuck. Shared, it moves.
How it goes:
— Part one, the sharing → a short practice to come back into your body and into the moment, and to gather around a common "fire". Then you say what's stuck — from the feeling, not the status-update version. Someone else becomes a mirror, and you hear your own thing differently.
— Part two, the cases → we take a couple of cases out of the circle and split into groups: the group thinks about one case instead of its own. You pick which room to join.
Alexey runs the practice. We bring the room.
What it's for, in his words: to restore your strength, calm your nerves, remember what it's all for and your own agency. And through contact with others, your situation stops seeming unique.
Nothing to prepare. No speakers, no slides, no recording → what's said here stays here.
Registration is reviewed by hand → hit Register and we'll confirm
Bring tea and whatever's been stuck
