Yoga for runners
Whether you run 5K or 42 or just run from your problems (no judgment, we all are) you're welcome here.
YOGA FOR RUNNERS is a one-hour class built specifically around how runners move. this time, we're focusing on the spine--the part that absorbs every impact, and the one most runners forget (yikes)--and opening up the hips.
This isn't a stretching class. It's a full practice of strength and recovery built around the way runners' bodies actually work.
No yoga experience needed. No flexibility required. Just show up.
