​The ICM Emerging Leaders (EL) Committee is hosting Through the Cycle, a moderated Zoom conversation for ELs navigating a difficult market environment. The session brings together three experienced investors to speak candidly about how market cycles impact investors, and how to stay grounded and effective through them.

Panelists include Mark Lewis (Managing Director, Lime Rock New Energy), Amie Patel (Partner, Elevar Equity), and Radhika Shroff (Investment Committee, Henry Luce Foundation) - three investors with decades of collective investing experience who have built durable careers through multiple cycles. They'll share what they've learned, what they wish they'd known, and what actually matters when the market gets hard.
