Reese is an award-winning social entrepreneur, strategist and ecosystem-builder with 18,000+ LinkedIn followers.
He founded ISSIA in 2019 - Hong Kong's largest youth-led nonprofit with 500+ volunteers, 30+ projects, and recognition from the UN and Nasdaq.
Reese is a 2024 Diana Award recipient, an Aspen UK Rising Leader and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, where he served as one of the youngest Curators. He has delivered more than 100 talks to over 5,000 people at international conferences, universities and global forums.
He is currently a Strategy & Consulting Analyst at Accenture, where he works on AI-driven transformation. His experience spans emerging technology and AI policy across the U.S. Department of State, the UK Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, and the House of Commons, alongside global biosecurity strategy at the UK Health Security Agency.
Reese is the Founder of the Potentia Fellowship and Ripple Social Club, initiatives building next-generation talent ecosystems and communities that elevate ambition, agency and access in the AI era.
He is also the Managing Director of Young Professionals in Foreign Policy London. He studied BSc International Relations at the London School of Economics (LSE).
Jenn is an award-winning community builder, TEDx speaker, and one of the most dynamic Gen Z leaders in the UK. She is currently a final-year student at LSE and an incoming Master’s student at the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School.
She made history as the first female President of LSE's Entrepreneurs Society, leading one of the UK’s largest student founder communities and connecting thousands of young people to global opportunities. At just 21, she also got elected as one of the youngest Curators of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, leading London Hub III.
Born in Budapest and raised across Hungary, China, Canada, and now the UK, Jenn brings a global perspective to everything she builds. She is most known for her contagious positivity and ability to turn visions into reality, creating opportunities where people connect, grow, and think bigger about what’s possible.

Currently, she works in Growth at The Mothership. She is also the Founder of Tea Time Tips, a career hub for aspiring and early-career marketers in the UK.
She is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and incoming Impact Officer of London Hub I, leading digital communication strategies and contributing to youth-led social impact projects.
Recognised for her influence in the industry, Anna was featured as one of the Top 26 Marketers to Follow in 2026 by Girls in Marketing.
